Mercy is a new single on the Sanctuary album by Rebecca Folsom, an award-winning singer/songwriter from Boulder, CO. It was written after interviewing groups of individuals from all walks of life who had or were experiencing homelessness, staff, and counselors at the local Shelter for the Homeless, and from Rebecca’s and her family’s own experience of homelessness.
